Hi loves! I am back today with a small Target haul! I got four products on my trip today, that I thought I would share will you in a blog post!

1) Rimmel Stay Matte powder in Translucent - This is my go-to, everyday powder.
2)  Covergirl Peacock Flare Mascara - I loved the original peacock mascara, so I figured I would try out the Flare formula. Let me know if you want a more in-depth review!
3) Rimmel InstaFlawless Skin tint foundation - This was on clearence and I have never seen it before, so I thought I would pick it up. I am running low on my current BB cream and figured I would try it out. Let me know if you want  an in-depth review on this product! i have no idea if it has been discontinued or why it was on clearance.
4) Bodycology free&lovely body spray  - I ran out of my body spray, so I wanted to pick up another. Target doesn't have a great selection, so I decide to go with this Lavender & Amber spray by bodycology. It is free of parabens, phlatates, dyes, and animal testing. They are not listed on the leaping bunny website

What makeup products have you bought lately?

I am super excited to the try CC Cream and Mascara Rachel sent me in this swap. Doesn't this Sleek palette look amazing?

I am thinking of hosting a holiday/Christmas swap, if you're interested comment below!

My First Advocare Haul!

This post is not sponsored by Advocare. I am not affiliated with Advocare.

Everybody wants to get the summer body and try all sorts of diets to try and get there. I got motivated to start working out and eating healthier from my sister and different people I follow on social media. I decided to try a few products by Advocare. Advocare is a health and wellness company, that offers weight-loss, nutrition, and performance products.  I had heard about Advocare from a co-worker and also from watching the amazing Marissa Lace on YouTube. I saw what a difference Advocare has made in her life and others and wanted to see if I could benefit from their products.
Meal Replacement Shake
I ordered a box of the Chocolate Meal Replacement shakes. Basically, you substitute a shake for one of your meals, similar to other programs, like Isagenix.
These shakes are only 220 calories and contain 24 grams of protein!
They are a balanced meal and full of nutrients.
I am going to eat these for my breakfast.

MNS MAX C
This product was also recommended to me and is one of Advocare's top sellers. MSN MAX C is a multi nutrient dietary supplement, which aims to provide appetite control,  maximize weight management and provide nutrients. You take one colored packet before breakfast or lunch and also one white packet with breakfast or lunch. I will be honest these are huge pills but I am willing to take them to help with my overall health and fitness.

Spark Energy Drink Mix in Fruit Punch
This is literally exactly what it is called, an energy drink mix. It is similar to Crystal Light or other flavored-drink supplements. Each pouch is only 45 calories and is supposed to help sharpen your mental focus and give you energy. I have tried this before and didn't notice the energy boost but I did feel more focused while working on various tasks at the office. I was able to try the Pink Lemonade flavor and wasn't a huge fan. I heard that Fruit Punch was delicious, so I decided to try it out!

If you are interested in purchasing from Advocare, you can buy their products on Amazon or via an Advocare distributor.

Have you trired Advocare? What were your results?

Victoria's Secret Haul

Just an FYI but I am very busy this week for my work, so I will be lacking in the blog post department

Hi everyone! Over the weekend I had to go my local mall to return something and I wanted to go to Bath & Body Works to pick up some new Body Sprays but the store was closed for remodeling, so I didn't to go to Victoria's Secret to buy some new Body Sprays and  Body Wash. A lost of the sprays an bath washes were 5 for $30, so I went ahead and bought five different products. I got three Body Sprays in Sparkling Citrus, Midnight Exotics, and Aqua Kiss. I also got two Body Washes in Midnight Exotic and Aqua Kiss. I thought 5 for $30 for a good deal, because each product was only $6 dollars. I think if you bought only one, they were $10 dollars a piece. I highly recommend Aqua Kiss. It's a really unique scent and feel like it will be a long time favorite.

Do you prefer Bath & Body works or Victoria's Secrets scents?

Marshalls Haul

Hello loves. This weekend I did quite a bit of shopping for my apartment and I also made two trips to two different Marshalls in my area. If you don't know what Marshalls is, it is a store where you can buy discounted designer clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. I picked up three pairs of sandals and an adorable "little black dress". I also purchased a couch and a table set for my new apartment! I have 27 days until I move in and I am so excited! I still have some major purchase to make, such as a vacuum and air conditioner.

Here are my purchases from Marshalls (all items were under $30 dollars!!)

These are super comfortable and will match my new little black dress!

I like that these have a little heel, to make them more dressy.

These are just a great pair of sandals, they could go with virtually any outfit

This is almost like a body-con style but is modest because of the high neck line and length.
I also LOVE the lace detail down the center and across the chest area!

Did you pick up any new goodies this weekend?

IMATS NYC Haul 2013

On Sunday, April 7th, 2013 I attended NYC IMATS, which stands for the international makeup artist trade-show. I also did a tiny bit of shopping in NYC. It was so crazy in the stores, that it made it difficult to do some hardcore shopping for Spring and Summer clothes!
Things I bought at IMATS:
1) Stila Loves Roxy Palette
2) Stilla Making Spirits Bright Palette
3) Kabuki Brush, Shader Brush and Blending Brush

Things I bought in NYC:
1) Sephora Instant Moisturizer
2) LUSH Sexy Peel Soap

*We waited a really long time to buy the Stila items but their prices were awesome! I got two palettes for $20 dollars!
*I was really bummed because NYX was not at IMATS this year. I tried to buy some of their products last year but it was at least an hour wait to buy anything! I wasn't very thrilled with the brands at IMATS this year but you never know, maybe next year better brands will go!

Did you go to IMATS this year?

Spring Drugstore Haul

Wow, long time no post! I have been so busy these last few weeks, I haven't had time to sit down and write up a post. I managed to time a small window today to write a post up about a little shopping I did today! I am also going to NYC IMATS tomorrow, April 7th!

So, this is what I bought at Target and Walmart!

1) Rimmel BB Cream - I have heard really great things about this BB Crea, so I decided to buy it.
2) New Rimmel 60 Second Nail Polishes - I bought four of these lovelies because they only cost  $1.50 at Walmart! I am very curious to see if they are worth it or not. They have a great color selection and for the price, you can't beat it!
3) Maybelline Baby Lips - I already own the baby lips in Quenched and I am loving it! I saw this one and though, why not? They do a great job at moisturizing your lips and they also have SPF 20!

Have you gone shopping lately??

My New Trench Coat!

Hi guys, can you believe it is already March!? That means spring is on its way! I wanted to buy a nicer coat for the spring time to wear to work, that is nicer than my North face jacket I currently have so I went and splurged on a very nice trench coat.

This is the Commuter Trench Coat by L.L. Bean. I am lucky enough to have a L.L. Bean store in one of my local malls. This coat retails for $129.00 dollars, which is a bit of a splurge but L.L.Bean coats and jackets have absolutely amazing quality and last forever! I should be able to get a good 10 years out of this jacket. I picked this jacket for several reasons. First, because of its price. You can buy many trench coats for well over one-hundred dollars. This was within my price range, so I went ahead and purchased it. Second, L.L Bean products are guaranteed for life!! Third, I think this is a very classy looking jacket without being too "over the top". I purchase this coat in a size small because my normal size, a medium, was way too big and an extra-small was too small. If you are going to purchase this jacket, I would suggest ordering a size smaller than your normal size.

This jacket comes in many different colors and if you're looking for a nice trench coat, I highly recommend this one!

Haul! Old Navy, Macys and Bath&Body Works!

Hello lovelies!
Today I went shopping with my mom and my sister and I picked up a few things at the mall.

This red sweater I bought at Macys. It is by Tommy Hilfiger. It was priced for $49.50 but it was on the 50% rack, so I got it for around $30.000 dollars. It is so pretty and warm! I cannot wait to wear it!

These two long sleeve tops I bought at Old Navy. Old Navy is having a HUGE sale in stores right now! I got both of these tops for $12.00 dollars!! I liked them because they are a little different with the color and stripes, so I thought they would be perfect for early Spring when it is still a little cold outside.

My last stop was Bath & Body Works. I bought a new body spray of my favorite scent, White Citrus. I also bought a new soap in the scent Berry Sangria for my bathroom, that I share with my two sisters. The scent is very strong and very berrylicious :) It was also on sale for $3.00 dollars.

I decided to buy five little hand sanitizers because they were also on sale for 5 for $5.00 dollars. Pretty good deal, right? I bough the scents Fresh Picked Apples, Aqua Blossom, Fresh Lavender, PAris Amor and Stress Relief. I like to carry these in my purse, keep them in my desk and my makeup storage.
They are really handy!

I also went shopping at Target and filmed a video with my sister (will be uploaded in a few days).

Kindle Book Haul!

Today, I made a goal on Goodreads to read 10 books in 2013. Goodreads is a website for readers and book recommendations. Basically, every time you read a book, you can create a review for it. It works similar to many websites where you can write reviews for products you try out and let other people know how much you loved or hated them, except this site is strictly for book reviews.

These are the three books I bought for my Kindle today:

I am a huge fan of the Pretty Little Liars series and this book is the second book in the side series, Pretty Little Secrets. This book takes place at the end of the 7th grade. This book is going to be released on January 2, 2013.

This is the twelfth book in the Pretty Little Liars series! In this book the girls (Hanna, Aria, Spencer, Emily) go on a cruise over spring break.

I have heard amazing things about this trilogy, so I decided  why not read it? You can get the Kindle edition for $1.99 USD! I is supposed to be similar to The Hunger Games and Divergent series.

What books have you picked up recently?

TINY After Christmas Haul

So today I went shopping with my sister to one of our local malls to try and take advantage of the after Christmas sales. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have any good luck. The stores just didn't seem to have anything that caught my eye and they just didn't have a very good selection of items on sale.

Here are the three things I did purchase:

I got these two bracelets at Charming Charlie. They are the Modern Geo bracelet and they cost $13.00 dollars each. They also had a teal colored one as well but I opted for the white and black because they are so versatile. These bracelets are little bit different that what I would normally wear but I instantly fell in love when I saw them in the store.

This is the Sephora Instant Moisturizer. I first heard about this product from Emilie Clark. I got a sample size of this a few weeks ago and fell in love with this skincare product. It does such a good job at moisturizing and it doesn't break me out! I also think the packaging is very classy and looks a lot like Chanel. You get 1.69 fl. oz. (50 ml) for $20.00 dollars.

Did you find any good deals this week?

Small Sephora Haul!

I placed an order with Sephora over the weekend because I received a $15 dollar coupon through an email. So, I ordered three things! I know it's almost Christmas but I wanted to treat myself :)

Benefit They're Real Mascara - $23.00
This is my all time favorite mascara and I finally splurged and bought a full size!

Sephora by OPI nail polish in Ruby Without A Cause
I have been wanting some new nail polish for a while now and saw this color and had to order it!
It is a dark, shimmery wine color with some duo-chrome in the light. I will definitely do a blog post when I wear ir!

Sephora Instant Moisture Kit
My skin has been terrible lately so I want to try out some new skincare products and everybody raves about Sephora's skincare line, so I bought this little sample kit (it was on sale too!). It comes with a Cleansing Foam, Instant depuffing roll-on gel and an Instant Moisturizer! I will totally do a review if I enjoy these products!

Have you bought any goodies from Sephora lately?

I bought a new purse!

For those of you who have been following my blog and youtube channel for  while, you would know that I have a huge obsession with Coach handbags and accessories. I went to the mall today and in search of some Labor days sales, but I only bought a few things. I bought a couple shirts at Old Navy and two candles at Bath and Body works. My mall was so packed full of people I didn't get to do a lot of shopping!

Anyways, I have been lusting over this Coach handbag for a few weeks now and decided to go ahead and splurge.

Coach madison tote

Coach madison tote interior
Coach Madison Leather Tote in Black

I decided on this handbag for several reasons. First, I wanted a more structured handbag. A tote usually has more structure than your average handbag or purse. Second, I love the silver hardware and silver chain accents. Third, I love the size of this tote. It isn't too big, so that it would make me look like im being held down when wearing it. It also isn't a very heavy tote. I also love that you can carry this as a should bag because the handles have a nice space beneath them

This bag retails for $298.00 dollars on the Coach website.

Let's just say I wouldn't be doing any shopping until Black Friday :)

-Liz

*This post is not sponsored. I purchased the handbag with my own money.
