Review: Purederm Pure Solution Eye Cream

Hi everybody! Back in June I ordered my first Memebox and today I am reviewing one of the products I got in the box. This is the Purederm Pure Solution Eye Cream. This is the first eye cream I have ever used and this product did not disappoint. This eye cream is made in Korea and helps replace moisture loss from the skin. It also contains White Flower Complex, Niacinamide (aka vitamin B3) and other ingredients to help the skin look fresh and healthy. I have noticed a small difference in my under-eye area since using this product. My under-eye circles aren't as defined and the area is also not as puffy.
This eye cream retails for $34 USD.

What eye cream do you use?

Review: Valentia Even Glow Serum [20% Vitamin C]

Well, it is time to face the facts (like the pun?): I am 24 years young and need to start taking care of my skin. My skin is plagued with redness, acne, uneven skin tone, and even some wrinkles already. That is where this little product in the pictures above comes into play. The Valentia Even Glow Serum is a Vitamin C serum, meaning it contains Vitamin C.  This product is supposed to help repair, refresh, and renew your skin. Let's talk about this product in-depth and some of its ingredients:
  • Resistem: This is a plant stem cell that protects the skin from stress related aging. It helps give the skin a natural glow.
  • Hyaluronic Acid: This helps repair the skin's ability to retain moisture and regain elasticity and firmness.
  • Green Tea Extract: Green Tea is known to have many benefits to the body and is an ancient health and beauty secret. It helps contribute to the skin's overall health and wellness.
  • Organic Rosehip Seed Oil & Organic Sea Buckthorn Oil: These two oils help keep your skin hydrated and lock-in moisture.  They also help the skin look more youthful and glowing.
Other great things about this product are that is is alcohol free and paraben free, great for people with sensitive skin. Parabens are a preservative and are something you should avoid.

This serum also smells yummy! It has a citrus scent and helps wake me up in the morning.

You should use a serum in combination with your regular skincare routine. I like to use this before I apply my moisturizer and makeup in the morning. You can also you this product down your neck and chest, and even on your hands.

Overall thoughts:  I really enjoy this product and think it is going to be a staple in my skincare routine. It does not irritate my skin and I have noticed my skin to be much smoother since using the serum.

If you are interesting you can purchase this serum on Amazon or HERE.

Disclosure: I received one or more products mentioned above for free using BrandBacker.

Review: Avon Planet Spa Radiance Moisturizer

I have a whole bunch of review posts this week, so here is the first! I received this moisturizer as part of a swap I did this summer with Laura. I have been using this as my daily moisturizer for the past couple weeks and I have fallen in love with this product! It smells so good and does a great job at moisturizing my skin. I have combination, acne prone skin and this does not irritate my skin. It also has SPF10, which is great to help protest your skin against the sun. I would definitely repurchase this product but I have no clue how I would purchase this product. It is made in Poland and I'm not sure if it is a region specific product to Avon or not. If anybody sells Avon, please let me know if you can purchase this in the USA!

Please ignore all my recyclables in the background :)

Cardigan - TJ Maxx
Tank Top - Target
Pants - JC Penney
Shoes - TJ Maxx
Engagement Ring
Bracelet - Eye Candy Los Angeles

Today I wore a pretty simple yet easy outfit. It looks like this outfit took a lot of effort but only took about 15 minutes to put together. It was a gloomy day, so I didn't feel very colorful I paired a patterned tank top from Target with a cardigan and ankle pants. This was a very comfy outfit and great for a day where I didn't have a ton of important meetings to attend.

What is your go to outfit for looking put together?

Beauty Blogger Bunch Summer Swap

Hi everybody! This summer I participated in a swap with the members of the Beauty Blogger Bunch Facebook group. I swapped with Laura from Pink Frenzy. She sent me some really lovely products, including some blush, eye shadow, nail polish, nail strips, etc. I love swapping with people from around the globe because you get to try products from different countries that your own country might not sell. For example, I have never heard of the brand etos because you can't buy it in the USA.

Check out the Beauty Blogger Bunch on Facebook !
