Today I wore a pretty simple yet easy outfit. It looks like this outfit took a lot of effort but only took about 15 minutes to put together. It was a gloomy day, so I didn't feel very colorful I paired a patterned tank top from Target with a cardigan and ankle pants. This was a very comfy outfit and great for a day where I didn't have a ton of important meetings to attend.

Hello 2014, Goodbye 2013!

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great New Year's and got to celebrate with family and friends. Looking back at 2013, I would say it was a pretty darn good year. I moved into my first apartment and got a promotion at my job, which I also celebrated my one-year at my job in November. I went on vacation this August with my family and was able to see my favorite football team! The saddest part of 2013 was having to put down our family dog Penny, she was 17 years old.

What are my goals for 2014?

I want to live a healtheir lifestyle, ie eating less junk foods

I want to spend more time with my family

I want to take more day/weekend trips

I want to save more money and pay off my student loans

To keep working consistently on my blog and youtube channel

Work Outfits of the Week: Feb 4-8

So this week I decided to film an outfits of the week video so everybody can see the types of outfits I wear to work on a regular basis! I have to dress business casual because that is the dress code of my office. I work for a local hospital in their Information Services department as an Application Specialist for business and financial systems. My job sounds complicated, but it really isn't.

I get the majority of my work clothing at JC Penny, Target, Marshalls and Kohls.

'Girl Behind the Blog'

So I have been blogging/making youtube videos for a little over two years now and I thought it might be a good idea to let you all know a little bit more about my personal life. I saw Kerralina do this post over on her blog and it really inspired me!

So far starters, my full name is Elizabeth.

I am half Italian and half Polish.

I am currently employed as an Application Specialist for a local hospital. 

I graduated from college in May 2012 with my Bachelor of Arts in Information Science. 

I am considering going back to school for my Masters Degree in Information Science.

I have been dating my boyfriend for almost five years.

I love to travel! My goal is to travel to Europe within the next five years. 

I would go sooner but it is so expensive to fly internationally!

I am a Christian.

I would love to see other fellow bloggers do this post as well

Quick Update

I just wanted to let everybody know that this week I am starting a new full time job, so it will be a lot more difficult to work on blog posts as well as videos for my YouTube channel. My goals for videos and blog posts are as follows: two videos a week and 1-2 blog posts a week. I managed to do this earlier this fall when I took a temporary position and it worked out pretty darn good. I usually like to pre-film videos on weekends and work on blog posts at night, if I have the time.

I also would like to continue the upload schedule I put in my place on channel before, where I would upload videos on Tuesdays and Thursday, so if that sounds like a good idea, I will continue to do that with my videos.
