I wasn't tagged to do this post but I have seen it floating around the beauty blogger community!
1. Name a beauty regime that you rarely do.
I don't do a very good job at maintaining my eyebrows. I get them waxed every 6-8 weeks and rarely pluck them.
2. Is washing your make-up brushes something you do regularly?
I wish! I am so lazy when it comes to washing my brushes.
3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
It honestly depends on how bad they are chipped. It like half of the polish on one nail is gone, then yes, I will redo them.
4. How long do you put off buying/ replacing a beauty or nail polish product, even if you need it? (e.g. purchasing a new top coat or foundation)
I will usually buy a replacement before I run out of the product, that way I won't be scrambling to use something I like that is so,so or I don't like.
5. What is your worst beauty habit?
Touching my face. I know this is a terrible habit and cause your skin to breakout but it is just an old habit that need to die!
6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off all the time.
Do the dishes. I will wait until the sink is full to do them, else I will leave them until the last minute when I cant find a space to put other dirty dishes.
7. When going out somewhere do you leave getting ready to last minute or not?
Yes. I don't wear a ton of makeup, so it usually only takes me 15-20 minutes to get ready and be out the door.
8. Can you commit to a spending ban?
I have done this before and I don't buy as much as I used to because I have my own apartment now and can't be foolishly spending my money.
9. How organised is your make-up and nail polish collection?

10. What is the longest amount of time you have gone without writing a blog post?
I think about maybe a couple weeks at the longest when I was either too busy or had no motivation.

little Black Bag Haul - September 2013

If you watch my YouTube videos, you would know that I have purchased from Little Black Bag in the past and was pretty satisfied with my purchases. I got this pretty red bracelet as well, which would be a nice piece to wear to spice up any outfit. The First Aid Beauty sample exploded in my box, so it had product all on the outside of the little pot it came in, so needless to say, I tossed that out.
This time I purchased a new bag! The bag is a Red by Marc Ecko bag. I thought this was extremely trendy for this fall season because of the studs on the front of the bag. It was also has a pocket on the back and two straps.

Fall in LOVE Tag!

Today, I wanted to do a fun Fall tag because Fall has arrived here in upstate New York!


1) What fall trend are you most excited for?
I absolutely love wearing boots and scarfs in the fall!

2) What is your favorite fall beauty product?
My favorite fall beauty product would have to be dark nail polish. It's harder to pull of these colors any other time of the year.

3) What is your favorite fall drink?
Chai Tea Latte! I absolutely love Starbucks' Chai Tea Latte!

4) What is your favorite fall scent?
Anything Pumpkin! I love my Bath & Body Works Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Candle!

5) Which fall trend do you hate?
Red Hair. I did dye my hair an auburn red one time and It turned out terrible!

6) What is your halloween costume this year?
I will working on a very important project Halloween for work, so I will not have time to dress up, but I will definitely have lots of candy in my apartment!

7) What is your favorite fall song?
I don't have any music I listen to specifically in the fall.

I love Sour Patch Kids and Mike & Ikes!

RIP Penny

This picture was taken yesterday, 9/15/13

Today has been a hard day. Today my Mom had to put down our family dog, Penny. She was 17 years old, which means I knew her since I was 6 years old. She was a mutt and she was a very good dog. She never gave us any problems. Over the last four or five years, her health has turned for the worse. We believe she has deaf and partially blind. I will miss her with my whole heart. My mom said that when they gave her the sedative, she was feisty until her last breath. RIP Penny 9/16/13

Today is the first game my favorite football team, the New England Patriots, will play in the 2013/2014 football season! I have been a Pats fan for a few years now and always get super excited when the football season begins. 

I have my own Patriots jersey, sweatshirts, bumper sticker, etc.

To stay updated on the Patriots, I follow the team on Twitter as well as following a blog, called Patriots Life 

Now, I'm from New York and you're probably wondering why I'm not a NY Giants, Jets or Bills fan? Well, my boyfriend actually got me into watching football and since he was/is a Patriots fan, that's how I became a fan of the team!

Today, the Patriots will be playing an away game at the Buffalo Bills at 1PM EST.

My Current Favorite Workout!

Hi loves! I have recently started working out again. My goal was to workout all summer but because it was SO HOT for 90% of the summer, I slacked off a lot! Now that the weather is starting to cool off, I find myself much more motivated to do these types of workouts 3-4 times a week. This is a 10 minute flat abs/belly workout! It really gets you sweating and since it is only 10 minutes, you have no excuse not to do it! I have also found myself doing other workouts by PopSugarFitTV and Blogilates!

Looking Back: Summer 2013

I cannot believe it is already September! I know, very cliche of me to say as a blogger, but this past summer has been so good to me! I have been living in my apartment for four months already!! I went on a family vacation and took a few day trips with my boyfriend! Looking forward to fall, I can't wait to go apple picking, to go through corn mazes & go on hay rides. I especially can't wait for one festival in my area, called Larkfest, which is a one-day block festival, in the heart of the city. My other big accomplishment will be in November 2013 of this year, which will mark on my one-year anniversary at my job! I really love where and work and hope to stay with the company for years to come!

As a blogger, my blog received a gorgeous makeover, thanks to the lovely Stephanie.
I joined the North East Bloggers Network and participated in their August Blogging Challenge.

My goals for the fall are to: finish decorating my apartment, take a day trip to New York City and/or Boston, adopt a cat, start a regular fitness regime and eat healthier.

My goals for my blog and/or YouTube channel: work on posting more regularly and invest in a new camera.
