Hi loves! I have recently started working out again. My goal was to workout all summer but because it was SO HOT for 90% of the summer, I slacked off a lot! Now that the weather is starting to cool off, I find myself much more motivated to do these types of workouts 3-4 times a week. This is a 10 minute flat abs/belly workout! It really gets you sweating and since it is only 10 minutes, you have no excuse not to do it! I have also found myself doing other workouts by PopSugarFitTV and Blogilates!
