If something is forbidden, do you want it less or more?
Things that are illegal make want to do them less because I don't want to get myself in trouble with the law
Is there an area of your life where you feel out of control? Especially in control?
I feel out of control with my habits, such as waking up on time, eating healthy, exercising, etc. My goal is to get on track in all these ares this year.
If you unexpectedly had a completely free afternoon, what would you do with that time?
If it's nice weather, go to a park. Otherwise, read a book, watch a movie, play video games.
Are you comfortable or uncomfortable in a disorderly environment?
Very uncomfortable.
How much time do you spend looking for things you can’t find?
I know where everything is in my apartment, so not too much time.
Are you motivated by competition?
I always fear that somebody is better than me, so competition is definitely motivating.
Do you find it easier to do things for other people than to do things for yourself?
It honestly depends on what it is.
Do you work constantly? or think you should be working?
I work a full time job, so yes I work 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. I am also occasionally on call, so that forces me to work extra off hours.
Do you embrace rules or flout rules?
Embrace them.
Do you work well under pressure?
Yes, I feel I got my accomplished under pressure
What would your perfect day look like?
Sleeping in, coffee, yummy breakfast, being lazy in pajamas all day.
How much TV do you watch in a week (include computer time spent watching videos, movies, YouTube)?
5 hours of TV a week and way too much YouTube videos
Are you a morning person or a night person?
Neither. I used to be a night person but since I work 8-5 I can't get into a routine.
Do you like to be in the spotlight?
Yes, I do enjoy being the center of attention from time to time.
Is your life “on hold” in any aspect? Until you finish your thesis, get married, lose weight?
The only thing I would that is "on hold" is travel because I don't have a passport and it's very expensive.
What would you do if you had more energy?

If you suddenly had an extra room in your house, what would you do with it?
Buy a treadmill
What people and activities energize you? Make you feel depleted?
Energize- Getting chores done around the house
Deplete- Work
Is it hard for you to get rid of things that you no longer need or want?
No, unless the held some value to me
Do you get frustrated easily?
Yes, I do.
On a typical night, what time do you go to bed? How many hours of sleep do you get?
I usually go to bed anywhere between 9p and 10:30pm. I usually get 8 hours of sleep.
If at the end of the year, you had accomplished one thing, what is the one accomplishment that would make the biggest difference to your happiness?
I would like to have a consistent routine, being to wake up in the morning on time or even early.
