I have been pretty much obsessed with my
Birchbox subscription lately and though I would share with you how I exactly got stared with
Birchbox.
For those of you who don't know,
Birchbox is a monthly beauty subscription service where you get samples of beauty products every month in the mail, for only $10.00 dollars!
Back in January 2012, I had signed up for the MyGlam beauty bags and thought it was a really cool concept. I had participated in the service for a few months and thought it wasn't very good. The products weren't all that great, everybody got basically the same things and the customer service wasn't spectacular. I did like the bags but besides that there was nothing special about MyGlam.
After I cancelled by MyGlam subscription, I wanted to try a different service out. I decided on
Birchbox for several reasons. First, I heard they had excellent customer service. Second, they had a great selection of products they gave out to subscribers. Third, the reward system/ store was very intriguing to me.
I have been with
Birchbox now since the spring and it has been such a rewarding experience! I have tried so many new products and have found some new favorites too! My favorite things to get in a
Birchbox are perfume samples and the lifestyle extras :)
